Hense is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe your project data, task lists, and creative work belong to you, not to us or any third party. This privacy policy explains how Hense handles your information, and the short version is: your data stays yours.

What Data We Collect

Data We Don't Collect

Hense does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. Specifically, we never access:

• Your boards, columns, cards, or any content you create in the app
• Your name, email address, or other personal identifiers
• Your location data
• Your device contacts, photos, or other files
• Analytics or usage tracking information

Data Stored Locally

All data you create in Hense, including boards, columns, cards, labels, and settings, is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device except when syncing to your personal iCloud account (which you control).

iCloud Synchronization

Hense uses Apple's iCloud service to sync your data across your devices. When you use iCloud sync:

• Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, which is managed by Apple
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Apple's security measures
• We (the developers of Hense) cannot access your iCloud data
• Your data remains subject to Apple's Privacy Policy

You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device's Settings app. Your data will continue to work locally on each device.

Contact Form & Support Requests

If you contact us through our website's support form or via email, we collect:

• Your name (as provided)
• Your email address (to respond to your inquiry)
• The content of your message

This information is used solely to respond to your support request. We do not use this information for marketing, and we do not share it with third parties. Support correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.

Third-Party Services

Hense does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service used is Apple's iCloud for data synchronization.

The App Store may collect anonymous analytics about app downloads and crashes, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of sharing this data with developers in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Children's Privacy

Hense is a general audience app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the app does not collect personal data from any users, it is safe for use by people of all ages.

Data Security

Your data security is protected by Apple's platform security features. Data stored on your device is protected by your device's passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. Data synced via iCloud is encrypted using Apple's security infrastructure. We recommend keeping your devices updated to the latest operating system version for the best security.

Your Rights & Data Control

Since your data is stored locally on your devices and in your personal iCloud account, you have complete control over it:

• Access: All your data is visible directly in the app
• Deletion: You can delete any board, column, card, or label at any time within the app
• Export: Your data is stored in standard formats accessible through iCloud
• Portability: Since we don't store your data, there's nothing to transfer

To completely remove all Hense data, simply delete the app from your devices. If you use iCloud sync, you can also remove Hense data from iCloud in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
